At American Pickleball League, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place your unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are still attached to paddles and apparel.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
